If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend the event

If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend the event, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following cancellation deadlines

- no later than 10 days before the event, a refund - 100% of the ticket price;

- less than 10, but no later than 5 days - 50% of the ticket price;

- less than 5, but no later than 3 days - 30% of the ticket price;

– less than 3 days – 0%;

Tickets purchased at a discount are non-refundable.
